Biography Saliba Andreas Korkunc

Korkunc was Political Adviser to the Norwegian Minister of Health and Care Services from 2017 to 2021, then State Secretary for Covid-19 matters. He has previously worked as a Political Adviser for the Vice Mayor for Health in Bergen, and as Chief of Staff and Political Adviser for the Governing Mayor of Bergen. He was Deputy Chair of the political division of Norwegian Conservative Party’s parliamentary group when he assumed office as Vice Mayor.

Korkunc holds a master’s in business and economics from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Saliba Andreas Korkunc was born in 1987 and grew up in Røa in Oslo. He currently lives in Holmen in the Vestre Aker district of Oslo.
