Biography Mehmet Kaan Inan

Mehmet Kaan Inan (Conservative Party) is The Vice Mayor for Culture and Business Development on 10 March 2026.

Inan is the chair of the Conservative Party’s diversity committee, a former deputy chair of Oslo Young Conservatives, and a former communications adviser for the Conservative Party’s parliamentary group. He comes from the Oslo City Council, where he has served on several committees and has been the party’s spokesperson on education and cultural policy.

Inan is currently studying for a master’s degree in law.

He was born in 1997, grew up in Mortensrud in Søndre Nordstrand, and now lives in the Nordstrand district of Oslo.
