Oslo Municipal Vaccination Centre

We offer vaccines against influenza, coronavirus, pneumococcal disease, and mpox. We do not have drop-in appointments, only bookings in advance.

Who can use the vaccination center?

We vaccinate people who live in or are staying in Oslo, but who do not have a general practitioner (fastlege) or do not receive a vaccination offer from their general practitioner.

Only those included in the Adult Immunisation Programme can receive the influenza, coronavirus and pneumococcal vaccines at Nydalen Vaccination Centre.

In addition, we vaccinate children up to 11 years of age in risk groups with influenza and coronavirus vaccine.

Book appointment

  • Do not attend the vaccination centre if you feel sick or if you have a fever. If you have already booked an appointment, please let us know if you are unable to make it.
  • We only offer appointments, no drop-in.
  • To book an appointment for the mpox vaccine, you must call or send an email. You cannot book this vaccine online.

Consent form for those under 16

Consent from a parent/guardian will be required if you are under 16 years of age. Your parent/guardian can give consent by completing the consent form before you arrive for your appointment:

Vaccination help and support

Our employees can help with:

  • giving vaccines to those who are afraid of injections.
  • facilitating for those with special needs.
  • arranging for language assistance or an interpreter if needed. Interpreter is free of charge.
  • making arrangements for those with impaired vision and hearing.

The vaccination center is located in Rodeløkka.

Public tansportation

The vaccination centre is situated within walking distance of the public transport hub of Carl Berners Plass/Sofienberg. Please see ruter.no for further information about timetables.

Parking

If you arrive by car, you will need to use street parking in the area, which will be subject to a charge. HC-parking is available outside the entrance.
