Biography Oluf Ulseth

Oluf Ulseth has a master’s degree in economics and business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has extensive experience from both politics and the private sector.

He has served as state secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister under the Solberg government from 2019 to 2021, and has previously held the position of state secretary in the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.

He has worked as chief executive officer of Energy Norway and has held senior positions at Statkraft and Storebrand, as well as a number of board appointments.
