Civil Marriage at the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet
The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet in Oslo has established itself as a landmark of architectural and artistic excellence, attracting large numbers of visitors both to its interior spaces and to its iconic exterior.
Civil wedding ceremonies are held in the Brunvoll and Flagstad rooms.
Capacity and Accessibility
Each wedding party may include up to 30 guests. The Opera House is fully accessible and designed to accommodate all visitors.
Booking
Dates for civil ceremonies at the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet are:
- Saturday, 12 June, 2027
- Saturday, 18 September, 2027
Time slots can be booked up to one year in advance.
Price
The fee for a civil ceremony at the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet is NOK 4,555.
Access and parking
The Opera House is easily accessible by public transport and is located approximately a five-minute walk from Oslo Central Station, with convenient metro, tram, and bus connections nearby. Please note that public parking in the area is limited.
