The Master Plan for the development of the City of Oslo is available in English translation.
The City of Oslo will be an internationally attractive city and participate actively and purposefully in international cooperation. The City of Oslo will help to develop the Oslo region as a leading international knowledge region and enhance Oslo as at tourist destination.
The 2008 Municipal Master Plan is translated as a complete document to give a comprehensive look of the development of the community and the city’s challenges and future opportunities.
